Kapiway
How it works

From your website to the answer AI gives.

Nine steps, shown for an example business: Bounce Harbor, a trampoline park in Dover, Delaware. Scroll to step through, or pick a step.

See the five screens with screenshots →
  1. Read your presence: Everything AI reads about you, and about the businesses it names instead of you.
  2. Learn your business: What you do, who you serve, what you sell, and the words your customers use. Every fact tagged with where it came from.
  3. Find competitors and where customers ask: Up to 25 competitors, checked on Maps, plus the communities and guides your customers read.
  4. Ask the AI assistants: Your questions, in your customers' words, asked every week to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Google's AI answers, each more than once. A question whose answer holds is asked every 2 weeks.
  5. Find the gaps: Answers that name a competitor, searches that slipped, pages missing details, reviews without replies.
  6. Do the work: Pages in your voice, replies drafted, fixes written, and a checklist for threads you answer yourself.
  7. You approve: Your 8am list. About ten minutes. Nothing goes live until you say yes.
  8. Ship: Pages publish on the day you schedule them, before your 8am list, to your website, whatever it runs on. Fixes land on the page. You post replies from your own account.
  9. Measure: Every Monday we ask again: answer share, who got named, AI visits. Every month: how often assistants name you against your rivals, the questions you won and the page behind each one, Google positions, visits from your Analytics. One link to share with a partner or head office.

Then every day, for as long as you stay.

We work overnight. You spend about ten minutes. Every Monday we check what changed.

  2. 8:00 AMYour list arrivesBy email and push. On a quiet day: "Nothing new today."
  3. Your ten minutesTap, edit, approveApprove a page, copy a reply, write a thread reply, push a fix.
  4. Through the dayWe shipPages publish on the day you schedule them, before your 8am list. Fixes land on the page.
  5. MondayAsk AI againEvery question, every assistant, more than once. A question whose answer holds is asked every 2 weeks.
  6. AfterSee what movedWho got named, your answer share, and a Quoted badge when we catch one.
And back to overnight. Skip a task and it asks why, so the list learns.

"I built Kapiway because owners kept asking me why ChatGPT recommends the place down the road. Our own blog is written and published by it. If it isn't working for you, cancel anytime. No calls, no questions."
