Why do you need a card for a free trial?

Because the trial does real work: the rest of your questions asked, your first page written, your first week built. Nothing is charged for 3 days.

Will you remind me before I pay?

Yes. An email the day before your trial ends says the amount and the date.

Is there a contract?

No. It is monthly. Cancel any time from Settings, then Billing. No calls and no forms.

Do I pay per user?

No. Invite your team, your marketer or your franchisees at no extra cost.

What do I keep if I leave?

The pages already on your site stay yours. Everything else, your answers, ranking history, drafts and reports, is kept for 90 days in case you come back. Come back within 90 days and it is all there; after that we delete it. Once your plan ends you can't use Kapiway, but you can still sign in, subscribe again, ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account.

What if a payment fails?

You get 5 days to update your card. Your list keeps coming meanwhile.

What if I have more than 150 locations?

Up to 150 you add yourself, each $119 a month beyond the one included with each website. Talk to us about pricing for 150+ locations.

I have more than one website. How many locations are included?

One per website. With 3 websites, 3 locations are included, and each one beyond them is $119 a month. If you remove a website, its included location goes with it: a location beyond the ones still included becomes an added location from your next bill.

What if I have more than 10 markets?

The first 10 are in your plan. Each market beyond 10 is $119 a month, the same price as an added location. You confirm the price before the eleventh is saved.

Does the whole country count as a market?

Yes, as one of the 10.

Do the towns a location serves count?

No. They are part of that location and never priced.

Do you write in each market's language?

Each market is worked in its own language, split by what people actually search. Second-language pages publish on their own on Shopify, Webflow, Wix and WordPress with Polylang, or through your webhook.

Can I see prices in my currency?

Yes. We show an estimate in your currency, and checkout charges the exact amount.
